“You’re braver than you believe, and stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.”

— Christopher Robin to Pooh

We have all known the long loneliness and we have learned that the only solution is love and that love comes with community.

TASA wants this resource to be available to ANY actor regardless of resources.

Mary Thoma shares her process for empowering actors as they navigate crafting a career in the performing arts.

  1. Learn a natural and proven process for unleashing the power of group attention while building support for yourself and learning to be an ally to other actors.

  1. Put down the stereotypes about “actors,” deepen your connection to your own story, and learn to love your audition process.

  1. Learn to be free to pursue a life of passion and artistry.

The Actor’s Support group is provided for free at TASA Studio. We do accept donations to defray costs.

The Healthy Actor Meetup

Cost: Free

Time: Monthly

Age: High school - Adult  ( Younger actors with Parent)

The Healthy Actor Meet-up is a place to be inspired, refreshed, encouraged, challenged and motivated! It is also a community resource for actors and people who care about actors.

Acting requires tremendous courage and discipline. It demands constant attention to the craft of acting, business and the daily disciplines of healthy habits. Many actors struggle with balancing the demands of this industry while maintaining happy and healthy lives.

Our goal is to provide a safe and nurturing space to explore and grow as an actor and artist. We are passionate about assisting actors to connect to the innate power of their creativity. We also provide a space for non-actors to understand the demands and stresses of acting in order to better support actors in their families.

We hope you will join us!  Go here.
